One of the best things about residing in America is the fact that there is a plethora of options you will have obtainable to you for vacations, as the United States truly is blessed when it comes to the great number, and the great variety, of places to visit. Of course, one of the best vacation options in the States is to hit up the beaches – and in order to do this in the best manner possible, it is advantageous to know what some of the best beaches are; and so, here is a look at three of the beaches that are well worth considering if a beach vacation sounds right to you and your family!
Newport Beach: Of course, one of the first places people think of when they think of beaches is Southern California – and when it comes to Southern California, you cannot do a whole lot better than Newport Beach; unlike beaches that are too close to either San Diego or Los Angeles, Newport Beach is much more “beach” than it is “metropolitan,” and this method that you will be able to enjoy the beauty and perfection of Southern California beaches… without having to deal with all the heavy crowds (and heavy air!) that comes with the cities.
Sarasota: Another one of the first places that comes to mind, when people think of visiting beaches in America, is Florida – and there is a good reason for this, as Florida (especially on the Gulf Coast side) offers a calmer different to the big groups of Southern California, while providing optimal weather pretty much year-round – and when it comes to Florida, you cannot do a whole lot better than Sarasota; Sarasota has a wonderful arts scene, wonderful beaches, wonderful people, and a wonderful vibe – and you cannot get a whole lot better than that!
Cape May: And finally, it is always worth keeping in mind the fact that the northeast offers some of the best beaches – along with much smaller crowds – for those months during the summer when the weather up there is optimal, and when it comes to beaches in the northeast, Cape May is the place to be; Cape May is a National Historic Landmark for its Victorian architecture, and it is the oldest seaside resort in the country. All of this comes together to make it a perfect getaway for the complete family – already if there are people in your family who are not particularly excited about a “beach” vacation, as there is so much else to see and do in Cape May in addition.
